Our Costs Have Gone Up (April Costs)...

Thank you to EVERYONE who has helped us in 2025 already. It has made an enormous difference. Your funding has helped us to fund not just UKWT but also the Wildlife Care Badge, which has seen its busiest start to a year since its launch in 2022. RE UKWT: we have grown our instagram following a lot - thanks to funded ads - which has already led to new Drivers on our Database. We have been putting up Driver Recruitment Posters around the UK. We have started setting up structures in specifically remoter areas. We have set up new Drivers Teams around new 2025 WCB Holders. We have coordinated some transports too. See an EXAMPLE.
Our costs have gone up a little (like most places are experiencing). Luckily, ours have only gone up at the moment from £329.31 to £335.55.
Can you please help us to keep going and fund April?

Here's what you're funding as the 'working costs' to manifest this big vision:
All of our ‘essential’ costs that keep our websites up, our email and phones working, our databases and maps functional etc. were covered throughout March. You can find out about them in detail HERE.
We had additional costs in March/early April that I need to catch up on please:
Supplying Carriers/Disinfectant to 2 new Drivers (£48 x 2).
Filing our WCB Annual Statement to Companies House (£34).
Renewing a domain (£22.79).
Funding the exam software for the Wildlife Care Badge for April 1st (April is one of our intake months): £22.
Printing of posters (to recruit more UKWT Drivers).
Instagram adverts (to recruit more UKWT Drivers).
[You’ll see on an earlier post that we purchased a printer for £110. This printer, sadly, stopped working almost as soon as we got it, so the £110 has been reinvested back into getting posters printed and posted out to various areas at the local post office.]
We are looking at April costs now which are - again - our essential costs - and, already and excitedly, carriers/disinfectant for a new Driver and fuel costs for some amazing, kind Drivers.
